In the three dining rooms named Salone Barolo, Saletta Barbaresco, and Salettina Nebbiolo you will enjoy Ileana’s cuisine offering a wide choice of traditional Langa dishes like:
Pasta dishes including potato gnocchi, tagliatelle, agnolotti al Plin (delicious pinched ravioli), filled with roasted meats, fondue and chard. All homemade pasta;
second coursesi including beef braised in Barolo, roast with hazelnuts, rabbit, lamb, hare, and wild boar. Mushrooms and truffles, when in season, are the key ingredients of most specialities.
Our outstanding wine list include the finest local wines: Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Arneis, Favorita, etc.
In summertime meals are served in the open-air restaurant.
We can provide banquets and buffet dinners.
